Please say what phone and iOS version you have and what happened. Do not send passwords or card details.
Subscriptions and refunds
- Cancel or change a plan: iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (or open it here).
- New phone or reinstalled: open Plans and tap Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Wrong or harmful answers
The tutor is an AI and can be wrong. If an answer was wrong, unsafe or inappropriate, email us the question and the answer (copy and paste is fine) and we will look into it.
Your data
Your study data is only on your device. To delete it, open Settings and choose Erase everything. To ask us to delete anything we hold, or to ask about your rights, email us. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Copyright concerns
If you believe something in the app infringes your copyright, email us with the details and a way to reach you.
